More than 50 founders came together across Ranchi, Jamshedpur and Bokaro on September 26 for the September edition of Startup Jharkhand's Monthly Startup Mixer.
There were no formal talks or panels. Founders simply talked to each other about what they're building, the problems they're solving, and the customers they're trying to reach. Many said this casual setup is what makes the event useful - it gives them space for honest, open conversations.
A good number of the startups at the event have already moved past just having an idea. They now have real customers and are earning revenue - a sign, founders say, that the local startup scene is growing up.
The mixer meant to feel like a small, friendly get-together rather than a big formal event. Founders can track their progress on the Startup Jharkhand portal. From the next edition, startups will also get a chance to pitch their ideas and get direct feedback.
The startup mixer happens every month and each edition brings back familiar faces along with new ones - a sign the ecosystem keeps growing.
