Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

By accessing our (Startup Jharkhand or I-Hub Startup Jharkahnd Foundation) website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

• Eligibility: Donations, event registrations, or program fees may be refundable within 24 hours of the original transaction if requested in writing.
• Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 15-20 business days.
• Conditions: Refunds usually apply to advance payments for events, programs, or merchandise. Donations are generally non-refundable except for duplicate transactions or errors.
• Deductions: Any bank/service charges or transaction fees (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Exceptions: Digital products, sponsorship fees, or custom services are typically non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: Program/event registrations may be cancelled 5 days prior to the scheduled date for a full refund.
• Partial Refunds: Cancellations within [N-1] days may be eligible for partial refunds or credits at the discretion of the NPO.
• No Show: If a participant does not attend and does not cancel in advance, refunds are not provided.
• NPO Cancellations: If the organization cancels an event or service, registrants will be offered full refunds or alternative arrangements.
• How to Cancel: Send a cancellation request via email to info@startupjharkhand.org or through the official website’s cancellation form.
